direction.
At this prospecting event, I served as the director and designer, overseeing all aspects of the project. I created both print and digital materials and collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure the event's success. On-site, I directed the technicians by clearly communicating my vision and ensuring quality control.

brand
design
As always, I began by creating a style guide for the project, providing a reference for everyone involved to adhere to the brand guidelines. To add a fresh touch, I updated the brand with new fonts and imagery, enhancing its overall look and feel. While staying true to the brand guidelines, I designed all the print and digital materials.

Vendor selection
As a gift for the attendees, I chose to provide high-quality sweatshirts. I evaluated six brands and ultimately narrowed it down to one, considering factors such as quality, price, inventory, and turnaround time.

Techniciansdirection
On-site, I collaborated with the technicians to realize my vision for the room and stage. From the setup to adjusting the brightness of the projection and ensuring the right lighting, I directed them to bring my concept to life.

quality
control
Since the PowerPoint presentation was a key element of the event, I designed the master slides and individual slides, then reviewed the presentation with the AV team to ensure all embedded videos were playing correctly, transitions were functioning, and audio was responsive. To guarantee everything ran smoothly during the event, I sat with the AV team, guiding them through the presentations.
